While on that time-consuming website I found this blog about making coconut cream. So I had to try it.
The process, okay now pay attention. It is very detailed....
Take a can of Coconut Milk. Don't open it, and put it right into the refrigerator.
Let it sit for a few hours, or overnight is even better.
Open the can and scrape the cream off the top: you'll see the white cream, and as you begin to scoop the more opaque part of the milk that you don't want to include in the cream will be obvious. It's okay if you get a little of the milk in the bowl.
**Disclaimer: We found out that reheating the coffee with the cream in it wasn't the best idea. Maybe we just heated it too much, but take care when re-heating the coffee if the cream is in it. He thought it was fine, but I thought the flavor changed a bit too much for my taste.
